Founder and CEO of FINEPACK, Slavomil is a dynamic entrepreneur and a highly creative visionary who has been developing business opportunities since he was young. His creativity is conceptual, contemplating possibilities and potentials, with the ability to pluck ideas seemingly out of thin air. Fifteen years of experience in sales has honed his ability to foresee client requirements, a vital component in the structure of our 360° packaging solution. He relishes the drive to succeed in business and in shaping ideas into reality.
A proud father of two, Slavomil approaches his personal life with the same passion and commitment with which he manages his business. His enterprising spirit and inherent composure ensure the continued successful growth of FINEPACK in accomplishing global international recognition.
Learning is a lifelong process, and this is true for our Business Director Radka. She possesses ambition, diligence and the drive to always learn more; essential key skills for business growth and proven during her time in FINEPACK.
A businesswoman in body and soul, Radka joined at FINEPACK’s origin. She has been instrumental in client acquisition and due to her understanding and attentive client management, has formed multiple loyal long-term partnerships within the Czech and Slovak markets. A highly skilled and energetic professional, she is an influential motivator for her entire business team, and her experience within the company is parallel to none.
Radka likes to keep her mind sharp and will often listen to podcasts on personal development, business and psychology as her nature is always striving to improve. In her free time, she remains active with a range of activities, from hot yoga to rollerskating to skiing.
Alexandra manages the streamlining of operational procedures, inclusive of exploring new packaging technology and product development for us to provide our clients with the best solution possible.
Alexandra’s role is a balancing act of multiple projects, a mixture of established and prospective clients, of which several always run successively. Her previous experience in product management has honed her skills in multitasking where she can effectively prioritise, allocate, and supervise to create the most efficient workflow for herself and her team. She studied at Prague University of Economics and Business and holds a Master’s degree in Management.
Alexandra’s ability to utilise time is reflected in her choice to switch from reading books to listening to podcasts, so she can enjoy travelling while listening to her favourite shows. In the summer she likes to cycle and rollerblade, and in the winter to ski.
